Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue in which the core ERR application fails to correctly set a participant in context once selecting a profile. For a temporary solution, please select the participant and then refresh your browser before navigating to sections of the participant profile. In some cases, navigation in the participant profile side bar may also be impacted. Users may first click on a menu item (e.g., engagements) before attempting to navigate their cursor to the submenu to improve functionality.
